I went through the apron collecting phase at one time too. They are fun to sew and useful. Have some of my grandmothers too. School uniforms in our area are extremely varied with some not allowing girls of any age to wear dresses this year.

Loving your content and your enthusiasm. Just a question regarding the sizing on the simplicity patterns.Are the sizes on the top of the pattern American sizes. For those in the uk it's rather confusing. A size 14 American translates to a size 16 uk I'm told. Is this correct?

That's a really old costume pattern and I've used it a ton to make costumes for our church. It goes together very easily but the neckline is very wide so I usually have to use safety pins once it's on.
