I liked the rustic style former farmhouse around 160, 000 Euro. However I think a place further out of Lucca with some garden area and larger spaces would be more suited to me.
Ahh... online dream-shopping for an Italian home. 😅

WOW They are all nice. The first is fantastic. But the last is preferred though not in City Center. Am a sucker for heated flooring which I have in my home now. Great feature! Hard to give it up. What do you get for the $250 per year extra fee? It would be nice if it were maid service!

Did I read the title correctly? The ONLY property with a price tag of 160k is a one bedroom, ground floer apartment,

The second one is cool. But that kitchen (kitchenette) looks like it’s from 1965. The price is ridiculous

Real estate prices, as well as the cost of food and drinks, are very high, significantly higher in Tuscany compared to other Italian regions. o.O Tuscany is overpriced and overhyped.
