After Darwin's Evolution Theory, NCERT Removes Periodic Table From Class 10 Textbooks

After NCERT's recent decision to delete Charles Darwin's Theory of Evolution from Class 9 and Class 10 science textbooks, it has once more engendered dispute by removing the periodic table from Class 10 textbooks.

That's actually a very good decision. Periodic table should be in 11 and 12 science branch. Not in 10. It serves absolutely no purpose to learn periodic table if you aren't going to apply it in higher studies.

Good decision. No use of evolution theory for a maths student and no use of periodic table for a commerce student. Actually NCERT should include finance, money management subjects in schools which are useful for every individual.

The periodic table is removed and is added to 11th syllabus. .. where it is of more use for the science stream students..

Now please don't cry why to deprive the students from learning periodic table unless he opts for the science in 11th..
