Clouds mean there is a water cycle and an atmosphere, albeit a very fragile atmosphere.💛

Well.... someone correct me if im wrong, doesn't the presence of clouds confirm that water is also abundant enough to form the clounds? Would using the drone to collect data of the cloud be possible in the future? I'm just wondering as to exactly how much water is in them....
