How Today's Soul Food Was Passed Down From Slavery

During the dark era of slavery, enslaved Africans were given rations of food that were often poor in quality and insufficient to sustain them. However, they were able to use their creativity and resourcefulness to transform these meager ingredients into delicious and nourishing meals. The ingenuity of the enslaved people led to the creation of what is known today as Soul Food.

From the toils of slavery to the cherished recipes that grace our modern kitchens, we'll be exploring How Today's Soul Food Was Passed Down From Slavery.

Most of these dishes called soul food have been around for millions of years. It's just natural, what one would call good cooking, and healthy eating. Now when the pale euro's invaded and stole not only the land yet the people too, things began to get renamed. Thank you for your video.

I can’t lie. A lot of times the Mac and cheese looks fucked up. The shit is dry as hell and the cheese is all clumped up and the whole dish looks like it should be thrown out. The Mac and cheeee has to be right.
