I’ve done karate for since 8 years old, I turned 14 recently and I’m testing for my first degree black belt in May. I landed my first 540 a couple days ago and I’m obsessed with practicing them now. Next I’m going to try to learn to backflip, which I’m already halfway there

The 540 kick is jus a tornado kick with an extra spin and a jump, and the tornado kick is present in karate so jus do that then add the jump/spin
