WHAT BROUGHT ME TO YOUTUBE: I worked at Goldman Sachs, in Private Equity, and built up a $100M holding company. But after being in Wall Street for so long, I got tired of managing hundreds of millions for the rich. Investing was for the few not the many. F that. You all are the reason I do this. We as a society need to get rich together. My mission is to create 100,000 business owners, I hope you’re one.

Sometimes Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over.

I am currently in my 50s and This is no time to taper retirement savings. I want to max out my retirement contributions and I also have another $200k in a savings account that i want to invest in a non-retirement account. Where should I invest it now?

This guy is the definition of not having the knowledge but having the will and taking a chance. He took the chance and came out on top. Good for him.

I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation

Wow. Talking to a real business owner who is actually hustling and running something with tangible assets! Fantastic!

"Shrink-flation' is the least of our worries compared to rising rents and stagnant wages, but it is an undeniable indicator of how bad our inflation has gotten. I have $100k that i like to invest in a non-retirement account, any advice on that?

The moral of the story, DON'T GET GREEDY, because an amazing dude like this will come along and take your business. I am so glad to see people like this guy step into an opportunity that was created by a greedy company, then help people as a whole with a good service.

Tried this strategy exactly the way he did it. Although it was about 50/50 for my neighborhood being interested, the trash collection is included in our monthly property tax so there is no way to opt out of the current company. The man in this video got lucky to live in a neighborhood that does private trash collection, many places do not do this.

A person needs to buy the truck, you have to note, in some areas such as where I live, (non-HOA) but garbage bill is funneled into my local water bill. Then garbage trucks are notoriously needy for repairs and maintenance. Then you have to pay to dump in your local garbage fill. Then Gas isn’t cheap nor free, then tires at least 1x per year gotta be changed, this business is a perfect example of right place right time to start

Thanks for the continuous update! I am super excited about how my stock investment is going so far, making over $41k weekly is an amazing gain.

We've been doing junk removal in south east Florida since 2021. It's a great business to be in! Great thing about trash/junk is that everyone has it and will always need it to some degree.

I have mad respect for this man that started and owns a trash business!
I love the way you laid everything out in an easily digestable manner for a future business owner such as myself (Handyman Business)!
Thank you for this wonderfully thought-out video!
Well done!

My father in law got mad at waste management once back in the 90s. He start his own trash company called EcoTex. Took the city of Granbury Tx account from them. Ot grew so fast that IESI came in and bought them out for like 3Million dollars. He started with half ton trucks and like trailers with cages, and quickly had to buy trash trucks.

This is awesome. As someone who worked as a tech for Waste management you are going to go tires a lot especially if you drive the truck into the land fill instead of a tipping area. Also you need to find a mechanic who has waste experience or get really good at turning wrenches yourself. I hope you have a few down days that you can go over and work on the truck. Make sure you keep up on maintenance otherwise it will show its ugly head one way or another.

This might stop some girls doing only Fans lol, It's sad how difficult things have become in this recessive economy. I was wondering how to utilise some money I had. I used some of it for e-commerce business, but that sank. I'm thinking of how to protect my $250K-worth stock portfolio from decline, but haven't figured which way to go.

Thanks for this real vid, Codie! Spencer is so casual in his candor about his experiences that he makes it all seem feasible actually. A thought-provoking and inspiring video!
