Flimsy, the skills I am thinking about for this line are RPF and SI. I am unsure which route I want to go for this line as I do want to put Swerzki on this. I am not the best with torps but the 95 knot torps is insane haha. I generally prefer guns over torps.

The only thing that is different from my build is that I have Superintendent instead of Main Battery and AA specialist. It's maybe is overkill to have 4 consumables our what do think?
