It’s a tradition every Christmas season people in groups or single going house to house and singing Christmas Carols to earn money. But you know, now some have leveled up and using portable speakers so it’s more enjoyable and the owners of the house can’t just give them a small amount. The funny thing though if you give big amount they’ll come daily and when you recognized them it’s either you give or refuse them, it depends. What i do if children i prepare coins n give them enough then if they come back every night i give some. That way they enjoy our Christmas tradition.

Don't ride a taxi, use the app Grab for your safety.
Don't hesitate to ask for directions to the locals, most of us speaks English.
Only drink mineral bottled water from a convenient store, if you don't want to get diarrhea.
Be careful of eating street food along the streets if you know that you have a weak stomach.
Buy a pamaypay or a portable fan because the temperature here is very humid and hot.
Buy a foldable umbrella, it's only 4 dollars more or less. It is very convenient to use and to put away in the bag.
Always put some sun screens if you don't want to get a sun burn.
Always be vigilant but don't forget to enjoy.
