O Holy Night - Reese Oliveira (age 15)

Показать описание
Watch 15-year-old Reese Oliveira perform her favorite Christmas song, "O Holy Night." Reese would like to dedicate this song and video to her grandfather, Blair Tucker. Reese's grandfather has told her that each time he hears Reese sing this song, it reminds him of his mother, Thaola Tucker. (Thaola had an incredible soprano voice! Reese is wearing Thaola's earrings in this video.)
While there are many different versions/verses of O Holy Night, Reese worked with her audio producer, Becky Willard, and she settled on these lyrics:
O Holy Night
O holy night, the stars are brightly shining,
It is the night of the dear Savior’s birth;
Long lay the world in sin and error pining,
'Till he appeared and the soul felt its worth.
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices,
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn;
Fall on your knees, Oh hear the angel voices!
O night divine! O night when Christ was born.
O night, O holy night, O night divine.
O night
When Christ was born
O night
Divine
O night, o night divine
Chains shall he break, for the slave is our brother,
And in his name, all oppression shall cease,
Sweet hymns of joy, in grateful Chorus raise we;
Let all within us praise his Holy name!
Christ is the Lord!
O praise his name forever!
Noel!
Noel!
O night, o night divine
Noel!
Noel!
O night
O night divine
Noel, Noel!
O night
O night divine
