This is the only cookie you’ll ever need 🤯
It’s a delicious funfetti sugar cookie stuffed with vanilla frosting, rainbow sprinkles, and a jumbo marshmallow on top of half a graham cracker.
I used 3 servings of @pillsbury Birthday Cake Cookie Dough per cookie, and you just layer everything and put it in the air fryer at 350 for about 12 minutes.

INGREDIENTS (1 cookie)
1/2 graham cracker
1 tbsp Pillsbury Funfetti Frosting
1/2 tsp rainbow sprinkles
1 jumbo marshmallow
3 balls Pillsbury Birthday Cake Cookie Dough
1️⃣ Break the graham cracker in half. On one half layer the frosting, sprinkles, and marshmallow.
2️⃣ Take 3 of the cookie dough balls and squish them together to combine. Then, use your hands to flatten it into a thin, round disk. Place it over the top of the marshmallow and fold it down.
3️⃣ Put it in your air fryer at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes.
4️⃣ Enjoy!
