I've been binging your chocolate palette reviews! A tip with the detangler is to spray it on the brush rather than spray it straight on her hair and then brush it. You might already know that but I've heard several people saying detanglers don't work and I've tried tons and they always work on my hair when I do it that way. I was the kid who was always crying when my parents brushed my hair lol, I don't even know if detangler existed then, we certainly didn't have it, and I'm glad your daughter does! 😊💜

Hey Tammi! I'm from India and a bunch of friends and I recently did a huge black Friday haul from the Tam Beauty website. It took about a month to reach us but we didn't get any free gifts :( Anyway I totally get what you said about them not having much on the actual sale. I ended up getting all the non-sale items. bought the New-trals vs Neutrals on YOUR recommendation and I'm LOVING IT! Thank you! I also got a bunch of other stuff including the new gold chocolate bar bronze and flow palette and it is gorgeous. ❤

Hey ya! Yeah, the zodiac - palettes are great! I love the Aries palette and the Libra one. My own star sign palette is rather awful, but when the colours are right, I love them..and Makeup Revolution is a great make...that is what I think so far, anyhow...xXx

Iv never had to wait more than a week for a tam beauty order, except this time. It took 17 days. I got an apology note and a free really nice bronzer. With them selling all over the world now, I guess it's gonna take longer to send out our orders but I think they need to address the delay issues. Adam Minto is the owner. Look for him on instagram and put a comment on his page and maybe he will listen to his customers and resolve the problem

i ordered 4 items from the black friday sale and it arrived in two or three days. which i was so surprised about because the first time i ordered from their website, it took about two weeks. so i thought they improved their service but i guess it's hit and miss.

When Makeup Revolution changed to TAM Beauty they lost all of my details and had to set up a new account. They also set up at a new location of warehouse in the UK where they ship from and I have noticed a significant difference in the delivery time. It was always under or just over a week for me until this change.
I think if they carry on like this then they shouldn't carry on with online exclusives and should bring it to stores because they can keep up with demands.
I'm not going to even get into the Christmas order situ.
