Friday Noon Tropical Update: Tropical Storm Gordon staying out in the Atlantic

Francine is no longer a tropical system.

There are a few other areas out in the tropics to watch with low development chances. Tropical Depression 7 is now Tropical Storm Gordon and it is forecast to stay in the central Atlantic Ocean for its lifetime.

No threats expected for the Gulf of Mexico over the next week.
