what is the difference between revoltech joints and regular figure joints?

Can you remove the duel disk by removing the hand or is the disk sculpted on the arm?

The sculpt and paint is not as good as figma but still looks good enough

The face on my Yugi won't come out, even when I rock it as shown in the video. I think the paint glued it as well.
