When I configure the programmable rear buttons (M1, M2, M3, M4) they only work when only they are activated.
An example: I configure the M4 to perform the function of R3, in a racing game I configure it to change gears, but the configured M4 only activates if I don't press any button simultaneously.
In other words, it doesn't make sense to have these buttons if they work this way, compared to similar ones. They told me to reset the control using the reset button and also reset the rear button settings but nothing changed.
Can you tell me if this is the case or is my control defective?
