Keep in mind that the main purpose of these videos is to help folks learn harmony parts to hymns and not to sound perfect. My recording process:
-Record each part on a Rode NT1-A on to a Zoom H4 recorder
-Some pitch correction in Melodyne
-Mix in Mixcraft 6
-Combine audio and sheet music in Corel VideoStudio X7

To my knowledge, most of the hymns that I record and post are public domain (except the ones I've obtained permission for). If you notice one that is NOT public domain, let me know as soon as possible so that I can take that video down.

This is such a sweet, gentle hymn, but it also is quite profound in its message. The music is the aural equivalent of "comfort food, " 😊 the perfect medium for conveying the words.
In these days when so much hate is in the world, even coming from Christians who should know better, this is a reminder of what Jesus' *real* message is!
