Right watched this live and also just now to make sure that I heard correctly, the culture secartery announced a daily increase of 2472 new positive Corona cases since yesterday, then professor Stevens states that the daily tests are stable or even falling. Who is right have they increased or are they falling or stable or are that fiddling the numbers to make it look like they are lower than they are.
