THINGS TO DO in Breckenridge, CO on a Budget PLUS Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge Overview

I hope you enjoy this video overview of the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and Breckenridge on a budget. We have family in Boulder and grew up visiting Colorado every year. I love Snowmass/Aspen in the winter, and summer. This was our first time in Breckenridge in the summer and I understood why so many people like to visit. It is beautiful, homey, fun, and has a small tour vibe (with big city amenities). Everything was top notch but did not feel pretentious at all. Breckenridge tourists also enjoy activities not shown such as rafting tours, fly fishing excursions, downhill biking, mine tours, and more. While these would have been fun, they would have significantly increased our budget. Although we avoided these activities, I don't feel we missed out at all. We did rent tubes in Boulder and float down the Boulder Creek so that like a preview to the rafting experience:) One thing not mentioned in the video, that I think is important, is the altitude. The dry, thin air was mildly uncomfortable at night. I wish I had asked for a replacement humidifier and am glad that we acclimated in Boulder before arriving in Breckenridge.
