I would say South Korea has the brightest future, Taiwan for long-term living, Hong Kong to pursue your career and Singapore for education.

Edit: These highly developed Asian nations are doing fantastic. We should not compare them with one another. No nations is perfect, they have their pros and cons. What’s more important is that these 4 Asian nations really worked hard to provide a good living standard, education, healthcare, infrastructure and decent-high income for their citizens.
