The 2.5 and 2.5R are the same. The only difference is a blue cooling head. Don’t believe me? The part numbers are the same on the inside of the engine. And you can watch a video all about by the bug 404 on YouTube

You missed one Teflon washer that goes on after u tighten down the nut and clutch shoes are on. So after the nut is the 1st washer, 1st bearing, clutch bell, 2nd bearing, 2nd washer, then e clip. In that order. Just saying Idk if I saw u put on that first washer. Wtv cool upgrade. You should get a heavy duty rod and an OS or LOSI 3.4 carb they are both better.

I really suggest changing that airfiltre to something a bit bigger its too small a filtre for them engines starving them of air.

Ok I am a noob so I get to ask stupid questions... Lol you know how you can deoxidize the color of some of your stuff, can you do something like that with the body's people send you? Or do you have to get a new body?
