Breaded with flour, garlic, paprika, pepper, egg, and bread crumbs, the fries have a full bodied flavour. On a side note, it's hard to believe that Spam dates back to 1937, became a wartime staple, and gained worldwide popularity after World War II. Actually, in may parts of Southeast Asia Spam is a delicacy. When I lived in South Korea, it was often exchanged as a gift on holidays and special occasions.
