I totally relate to what Noah said at 1:59 about not being able to face a math test, but instead being able to help someone who is struggling emotionally. I struggled with math throughout middle school and high school and had many anxiety and panic attacks throughout high school. In late 2015, i was attending an audio engineering trade school in Nashville, TN and was living on my own. During that time, i was also dealing with a level anxiety and depression that sucked all the energy out of me. During the school week, i was able to put up a facade so that no one would catch on to the fact that i was struggling, but when Friday rolled around, i would lock myself away in my apartment and sleep for 48 hours.

I hit another rough patch in September of 2019, two months into the first semester of my junior year of college and reached out to campus psych services to get help. To this day, i still deal with anxiety, panic attacks, and occasional bouts of depression, but i have found healthy coping mechanisms.
