Okay, people have been suggesting combining Baking Soda and Vinegar as a cleaning agent for a long time. The thing is, Baking Soda is alkaline, and vinegar is an acid... These two substances neutralize one another. Sure they'll fizz, but fizzing doesn't mean they can break stains apart. You are better off using one or the other, if you use both at the same time you are making both weaker. The coca-cola also has phosphoric acid. Lastly, Don't use acids on metals, so I'd suggest using baking soda. Unless the pan is made of aluminum, tho, honestly, I wouldn't cook with aluminum. xD
