Hello, would you be able to help me figure out a way on how to use that motor with just a switch I can put under my dash So I can have the valves either opened or closed? I dont really care about having it variable. Thanks 👍 💯

Thanks for showing this behavior. I tried a similar test with the stock actuators on my Mustang (actuator is made by Kuster too, I'm sure) but no combination of PWM frequency will get my analog behavior -- I get only full open or closed (as the PWM duty cycle crosses ~50% the valve flips completely). The valve only responds properly to 50-250hz PWM. Based on teardown pictures it looks like there is a one-time programmable controller inside and I wonder if Kuster burns firmware variants for each manufacturer and some have only 'digital' behavior. Could you share the exact model/Part # of the actuator you have? I'd prefer to be able to open them only part-way and replacing the actuators is an option.

Pin 1 = 12V, pin 2 = PWM + 12V, pin 3 = Earth? No need to connect pwm - ?
