This video is the 5th in the 'David Goulder Collection' (DGC for short) and is the song 'In the sidings now', one of the few songs by Goulder to not have a guitar in it, and is a sort of ballad to British steam as the end is drawing near for them. Footage used is the 1933 British Pathe broadcast of the trials of LMS 4-6-0 No.6399 'Fury' and segments from the 1958 Southampton Docks episode of the BBC Show 'Railway Roundabout'.
