On February 15th 2024 the Milwaukee Bucks faced Memphis Grizzlies . a team with NBA MVP (Giannis Antetokounmpo), a Top 75 player of all time (Damian Lillard) and an All star (Brook Lopez)

Versus a group of G-leaguers and 10-day contract players..

The Bucks didn’t just lose, they lost in the most embarrassing way possible..

How did a championship franchise FAIL like this?

Whose to blame?

And did the Bucks just DOOM themselves by hiring Doc Rivers?

Docs lack of accountability is what bothers me . He can’t help he’s a bad coach and if they keep offering him jobs I understand him taking it because apparently he loves to do it..
But what I simply can’t understand is how the hell did an NBA team that has championship hopes AGAIN think Doc was the answer??

It’s just bizarre that the league and almost all of the front offices seem to think he’s a great coach and won’t call him out at all.

A player's coach is like a parent who's a child's friend. My job is not to be your friend but to get the best of you. No wonder Doc's teams are infamous for, among many other problems, poor discipline, infighting, and mental lapses. Our society has conflated strictness with ab(u)se; a coach or a parent doesn't need to scream, h(u)miliate, or h(i)t to be strict and get the point across.
