In 2015, PKL installed a KitchenPod at St Pauls Community Primary School in Spalding, Lincolnshire. The Pod has allowed the school to improve the quality of its lunches, nearly doubling the numbers of pupils eating them, and introduce new educational schemes to teach the children about food providence and nutritious eating.
