As an agency owner I agree with all the points Nick mentioned here. You have no idea how many accounts we are hitting 3-4X ROAS but clients don't wanna scale cuz they think it's a bad thing if the ROAS drops even a little lol!!! Already introduced the idea of CAC and LTV but they don't seem to get it. Then when the ROAS drops from 4 -> 3.8 they ask 'why the performance is so bad this month' Seriously?? 3.8X ROAS when you are spending more than $1000 a day is really good with attribution missing a lot of purchase.

I feel like as a marketer what you see and what client sees are two different realities, which is normal because they don't have a lot of experience or knowledge in marketing but to get on the same page is not easy and such a waste of time. Because you waste your life explaining things that's supposed to benefit their life. Sure if they don't scale it's less work for us but then I feel guilty as a marketer. Seriously if you are an ecom owner, and want to be successful with your store, listen to all Nick's advice in this video!!! They are all TRUE! (Even how to pick a good agency)

Hey man, just curious. If i have turned an Adset off even if it was doing relatively well, is that Adset dead now or if I turn it back on will it continue where it left off? Any ideas? Cheers man
