How could he have received 200m votes?! The population of Italy is only 59, 216, 525 (as of Feb. 8, 2019). Of this there is only 60.64% registered voters, with estimates of 89% turnout. Even if you tally up every vote he has ever had, his figures seem wildly off. His estimates in no way account for population growth.
