This was the signature drink at my last barista job at a children’s hospital. They didn’t allow sugar syrups for a bit, so honey was the only real sweet option. Even after they got sugar syrups back, it was so popular because it really is a warm hug in a mug.

If you just recently got that honey, it's not that fresh because it is already crystallized a little. If it was fresh it would be really smooth and clear.

Thanks for posting. I, and a lot of people on The Carnivore Diet use honey or maple in our coffee instead of sugar. I like to add cinnamon to it as well. Shaking it in a thermos first helps distribute the honey flavor more evenly.

I've added cinnamon and vanilla before, never thought of adding honey with cinnamon. I will decently try it 🙌

Sorry but that isn't whole honey, it's mixed with syrup or sugar substitutes
