Seele being bumped down to A is a bit harsh. I think she's still very good as a DPS.

Edit: I saw someone in the replies say that I have E2 Seele... I don't spend at all when it comes to the Hoyoverse games and I'm not on copium either. I wanted to bring this up because otherwise people will call me a dolphin or a whale.

People hate in bailu because of rng but I don’t really see it, like you guaranteed get the first heal on whoever you want, and her ult will keep people up for long enough to where tankier characters will still be alright and weaker characters can still receive her healing. That on top of the fact she can revive people and she doesn’t have a large skill point requirement shows that she’s atleast A tier.

And if u put her along with bronya its just as good as Imbibutor Lunae in terms of dmg and sp usage

Seele at A tier? Come on... she is currently the best Single Target dps (Imbibitor at AOE) and her godly talent increases her dmg and speed, paired with her LC.. I know because of the current MoC, she is not being used..but damn pair her with SW, and she'll shread anyonr

I dont know why people complain about Bailu E RNG. I have 30stars with Bailu heal on one side without using a single E.

Imo, IL is the best dps in the game (hes scaling is basically qing que but on crack), with blade being 2nd best (insta regret on not pulling him) and the third prob being Seele or Kafka, altho i feel like a built kafka team is stronger than a built seele team.
As for supports, Gepald will prob still be the best, with Luocha being the second best due to his interactions with Blade and IL. Silver wolf is next on the bench, Bronya is great but really only usable on specific teams, and Welt, well Welt is just Welt imprisonment go

You were right in putting Fu Xuan in S tier. She's pretty cracked after seeing what she does.

This dood: I dont like her RNG healing despite one bounce of it healing more than Natasha and Lynx combined so B tier, but SW is S tier because of her RNG implant and single target DEF shred despite Pela being given for free with AOE DEF shred and guaranteed buff removal.
