Is preserving frozen embryos now considered illegal detainment?

Then I have a question for everyone that's related to this video( I would love to hear what the doctors and lawyers have to say on this subject) :

1.)If a frozen embryo is considered a child. Does that mean women who take birth control or Plan B will be charged with murder? Since there is a small chance that a “child” is involved. If so how do they detect that an embryo is forming within the women

2.) If a 2-month pregnant woman was sadly assaulted. Would the assailant be charged two times due to the fact they have injured a baby

3.) since an embryo would be considered as a child. Can parents or single mothers place their two-month unborn child in their tax report?

Or does this case only relate to a hospital who have the money(from multiple parties that include state and federal funding), research, equipment, and programming? Who should have the power and resources to protect an embryo than the average American?

Okay, now we confusing the part of what defines a child again. Simply put, it is a mix of two parents (male and female). So it is not individual sperm, nor individual eggs. A Child is created when the two combine and produce offspring. For those unaware, offspring is synonymous to child, and children if multiple are involved. Don't understand the fault in learning curve here.

Has anyone thought about the legal consequences? Everything that is age based is based on a birthdate, not a conception date and thus not a accurate age representation legally. How/Can they find the true legal date of conception to base such laws? Unless there is scientific proven accurate tech to find the exact moment of conception for a legal basis, the only way I see it happening is a true invasion of privacy. Are they trying to get the right to legally know what is going on in your bedroom???

I’m pro life, but I personally believe that human life doesn’t begin until implantation in the uterus. Without this, an embryo cannot become anything. However, I think there are some ethical issues with freezing several embryos that eventually get discarded or have issues way down the road if they are used later after freezing. Definitely something that should be discussed.

We legitimately do have an ethical issue with freezing embryos though because yes, they are developing people that are being frozen at a crucial stage of development and the technology was designed to make money with no consideration for the future life of those kids. Aside from literally 80% of the eggs and embryos harvested going to waste, these children have more health problems and more disability. I can't understand why we as progressives can't have these conversations and why people scoff at the biological reality that developing babies are babies. I hear people making the patently false statement that "it's not a baby until it's born" now which just isn't so.

One embryo cell duplicates and duplicates to form a human. That’s how everybody walking around on the planet came from. So you and I are human we are just billions of cells and a one cell embryo is not. So how many cells will be qualified as a human a life? Five, ten, a thousand?

It's because they are, and they are just treated, discarded and thrown to the trash whenever the "owners" want to. There has to be regulation on this matter, glad to see it happening

But what is the difference between an embryo and a newborn baby? Truly, the only differences are size, level of development, degree of dependency, and location. None of these things on their own are enough to disqualify someone from being a person with value. And 0+0+0+0 still equals 0, so all of them added together can’t disqualify them either. It’s a difficult truth to swallow, considering all that is now implied within the IVF industry. But those who have been against IVF from the beginning know that this industry commodifies, exploits, and hurts women and unborn children.
