I bought this Buy-To-Let Investment property without having any funds for a deposit, I had recently purchased my 2nd investment property so my funds were a little exhausted, so I used this method to raise the money to buy BTL number 3.

If you have equity in your home, this can be leveraged to increase your net income and wealth. In this case, I purchased another BTL property in the UK

Here are some figures:

Equity £25,000 taken
Cost per month: £76.34
Rent Achieved £500 per month
Mortgage + extra cost £219 per month

Net profit £281 per month, that's over £3k per year!!

So if you are looking to raise a deposit to invest into a buy-to-let property, this can be a great way to do it.

Yh here's the problem. A lot of people will be watching this with no deposit money and no home of there own. Then what can you do to raise the funds from a lender to start in property.
