This video explains unfair dismissal regarding intolerable employees through an actual CCMA case seen recently.
Miss T S was a manager at one of the largest property companies in South Africa, however, the employees in her department found her unbearable to work with.
The employees decided to give the CEO an ultimatum which results in Miss T S referring her case to the CCMA for unfair dismissal.
This case shows that if you rush to dismissal without anything backing it up or procedure, you will have a problem at the CCMA

Is that only for incompatibility? What if an employee had a hearing and was dismissed on a charge that the company accused them off but never brought this charge before to the employee to improve ?
