barhaven and orleans are the true suburbs in ottawa, but i could see barhaven the first suburb to become a small city of its own

Suburbs are not “neighbourhoods” as generally understood. Neighbourhoods are found within the old city of Ottawa (e.g., Golden Triangle, Glebe, Centretown, Byward Market, Elgin Street, Old Ottawa South).

I wont even enter Ottawa anymore because their parking bylaw is insane. They assume you are to just know what the laws are even if its not posted. Not worth my time to spend any time there.
