Just out of curiosity, Where is the review? This is more like a tutorial than an actual review. The video was well made and the editing was very nice but the title is a little misleading

Nice tutorial video! Needs a tweak: slower time before subtitles disappear, food suggestions (chocolate, candy, bone, etc.), Different colors for the subtitles - as it blends in perfectly and hard to read.

It seems a pretty good tool. I was wondering what's the power [W] cause on your site, it says it's very powerful and strong but it gives informations only about the rpm.
Not to be the funny guy at parties but power = Torque * rpm

Hi i get my Customizer today. The only thing that has worked flawlessly so far was the shipping to Germany
It does not look like the video you show here. Is there also an unboxing video for the new design?
At the moment I am a little disappointed. The foil of my display window is already completely peeling off. The supplied bit is totally rusted. Also the display of my customizer doesn't seem to work. At the beginning it still showed the charge level, now it is completely dark and does not react when I turn on the customizer.
The reaction or control via the button is very sluggish. Sometimes it does not react at all. Neither at the speed nor the on and off. I'm waiting until the battery is fully charged to test it again, but at the moment I'm more inclined to send it back or file the whole thing under bad experience for me. Since the effort for me and shipping from Germany back to the U.S. means more effort than just leave it in the closet
