Flush Trimming and Filing Formica

Flush trimming the formica with the 47116 3 flute flush trim bit, then filing it over to ease the edge. I used the file backwards so it was less aggressive and had less of a bite, that way I was less likely to remove too much material or dig in where I didn't want it to.

Flush trim bits never get close enough to simply break the edge. You need to file flat on the face, or sand it smooth before filing the edge. File down in the direction of the teeth.
