Your tub spout runs higher flow rate what's the temp at the spout. I see a lot of people under size it. All fixture hot except for tub spout shower head is find.

There is a 32 model. I have the 27 as well and had it about the same time as you. Looking around seem to be having issues with hot flow rate now. I haven't flushed it which I am about to now. Got a fitting that I need to get so that my pump will hook up to my hoses.

I too want to know. I purchased a heat pump water heater I havnt installed yet because it is too tall for the closet and I need to run it to the garage. The heat pump would be nice to dehumidify the garage in the summer but a tankless would be really nice in that closet in the living space.
