Clint, thanks for being such an advocate for reversing RA through good healthy diet. I would have never known of this method if not for your incredible and constant support which you have given to the RA community. You are a true altruistic leader. I can't thank you enough.

Yes!!! I now know that I caused my minor arthritis starting with sever carpal tunnel. In 6 months plants based and eliminating Red Bull, coffee, meats, dairy, and most processed goods but whole wheat pasta and rice( Dr. McDougall), it is completely gone. I even cancelled my carpal tunnel surgery. My body was so acidic. It is amazing how the true healing foods were right in front of us along. I pass your info onto my friend who is suffering from severe RA. She is slowly listening and becoming plant based. Blessed to have found you journey and please please never stop spreading the truth about RA!!! 🙏🏼😇❤️💙😇🙏🏼

Since I started the program nearly 5 months ago, I have so much more energy, I can't believe it, it is so wonderful. I thought I was just getting old. My blood tests are excellent on 21 April my ESR reading was down to 2 mg and the CRP was .7 I am only taking 2.5 Methotrexate now for my Psoriatic Arthritis. Last time I saw the Rheumatoidologist he let me go down to 7.5 from 10 mgs but warned if my blood tests were bad I had to increase the Methotrexate again. I have been reducing the tablets (by myself not recommended true, but I see my GP each month and I told him) by 2.5 each month since and watching my blood results closely and was ready to increase the Methotrexate if they were bad again. But they haven't been.

God Bless you Clint ! your Paddison program is wonderful. Im So happy to have found you on you tube.
You speak the truth of this disease. You have it nailed down. This disease is always a work in progress. When your healed you can enjoy other foods but you have to always be aware it can come back at any time.
Your so smart and Im so glad to have found you!

Thanks Clint - another short and punchy video to reinforce key points.  The recent exercise reminder paid dividends and I've done the cross trainer and swimming every day for a month, which has helped with reducing the pain.  Think I now need to go back to basics with the food, as although I'm strictly plant based/no meat/no dairy/no oil, I suspect nightshade (tomatoes in particular) may be causing flare-ups.  Thanks again!

I noticed with my ra that i works very good to eat less meals in a day and let the gut rest for about 20 hours a day. When i was eating breakfast, lunch and dinner i had som trouble with flare ups and i was eating very clean whole foods no oils, suger if i do get a flare up i just waterfast for 30-40 hours then i start to eat a smoothie and a meal an hour after my smoothie and after that i dont eat for 20 hours, then i take another smoothie and a meal. I got my first flare up when i was 27 and now am 41 i have full control over my ra and i have never taking any meds. My ra when it started was a very slow progression and i had lots of time to adjust my diet if it would have been more aggresiv i most likely would have taking meds. My ra started to get more aggresiv when i was 35 but in same time i discovered John mcdougall. Now i have a eating window with 4-6 hours whole foods plant based of course. 👍👍keep up the great work Clint ☺☺

I remember comparing the digestion problem to a bruise on your arm. So, the analogy is as follows: If you eat foods that cause a flare up, you are punching the bruise on your ram and not allowing it to heal.

If you really want to be symptom free, you have to be very strict about your diet in the beginning. There are steps to this process. Only introduce very specific foods a little at a time on a list. Then, as time goes on you can slowly introduce even more more of a variety of foods.

Once the gut heals, you tend to be symptom free for the most part. But, you have to stick with eating healthy food choices for the rest of your life, because its a life style.
