I was feeling a bit down/sad about the struggle I am having with losing some of this weight I've put on, and being in my pre-menopause state has not helped. I recently saw a picture someone took of me, and I couldn't stop staring at the tire around my midsection, it made me instantly sad. I modified my diet, and I'm active too (walking, biking, hiking, dance, etc) and though I know folks say "just keep going and don't stop!" I still can't help but feel defeated. I happened upon your video today, and I can say but just what I've seen here, I feel better and encouraged, there is no reason to be sad, it's ok, and that I am not the only one that goes through these challenges. It’s always the legs for me! They are so beautifully shaped and toned and smooth like butter ma’am. You should always showcase them! You just have an excellent sense of style. My struggle is I finally lost weight but have absolutely no rear or boobs left so finding clothes to look nice in on my curve-less body is depressing.
