Moscow on Saturday threatened to reduce Kyiv to a "giant melted spot" if Ukraine is allowed by its allies to use Western long-range missiles to strike targets deep inside Russia. The threat by Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, came as the U.S. and the U.K. are deliberating giving Kyiv permission to use Western weapons to attack strategic targets farther into Russian territory.

This guy is a tool! Doesn't he know that Ukraine has already lost 12000 troops in Kursk alone and that the rest are surrounded, and that resupply lines have been cut off by Russia!

US General Patreaus said they were helping Ukraine plan and execute a massive "successful" counter offensive that would shock Russia. Was this (Kursk incursion) the offensive? Because it was a massive failure so far and it harmed Ukraine more in the long run, all that manpower and all those NATO supplied resources are lost, they could have been used to defend the frontlines Russia is advancing on now, day by day!

Patreaus should be congratulated for planning one of the biggest suicide missions in modern history, hoorah 🙄

My question is this, Russia is the largest country on Earth, why do they need to acquisition eastern Ukraine? Eerily similar to what Nazi Germany did in the late 30's in Czechoslovakia and Austria. I'm an American and I have been against our meddling in the Middle East and beyond but I think Ukraine has a right to defend themselves but by themselves. America has more than enough problems here at home, where my tax dollars would be better spent.
