This is a delicious cajun treat, boudin balls. They are a delicious spiced sausage meatball thats deep fried. A staple of down south cooking, and a favorite treat.. I really enjoyed making these and even enjoyed eating them more.

Enjoy!

This does not even resemble the way to make Boudin Balls. This is a pork meatball. Also Boudin is not a catchall sausage. It was made from the scraps of pork left over from the Boucherie. I am also insulted by the use of Chili and Parmesan, two ingredients no Cajun would ever use in his Boudin.

It's made of pork and pork liver traditionally. Present day, some use chicken livers. Pork liver is harder to come by. If it doesn't have liver in it, it's a meatball. Baked or fried, it's a meatball.

I am really amazed at how so many will criticize, quality info is good, but straight disrespect is really unnecessary. Thanks man for showing this. My dad was a truck driver I remember going down south and he'd buy these for us I think from truck stops, I remember they were so dang good. wanna try one again. thanks alot dude.

It is not a Cajun sausage. It's a Louisiana. Cajuns didn't make it first Creole people did

Boudin is delicious but it has WAY to many carbs!

No, no, no, no! Just say you made a Ground pork meat ball with rice, deep fried. Don’t disrespect Louisiana cuisine, by calling this boudin! Please delete this video.
