2014 Nissan Juke NISMO (200hp) - DRIVE & SOUND (1080p FULL HD)

The full Country Road and Autobahn Drive with the 2013/2014 Nissan Juke Nismo with its 1.6 Turbo (200hp; 250Nm) FWD and 6-speed manual transmission. You can argue about the styling of the regular Juke but I think this NISMO model doesn't look to bad. Everything else, as engine, suspension and steering is very good, so the engineers at Nissan knew what to do to give this car a sporty feel. Two things to describe how this car feels are "lightness" and "pulltrhough". Since this FWD version only weighs 1.300 kg and gear ratio is short you can really irritate some much more potent cars on the Autobahn. In everything to 160 km/h this car is really quick, almost Mini-like. The interior quality is a improvement to the "standard" Juke as well, since many parts are wrapped in alcantara, which does feel good. Thanks for the detailed comment, totally agree. I managed to get 5.9/100 km on country roads, once you get on the Autobahn and have constant speed of 140 km/h it goes up to 7.5 - 8 Liters, which still ist ok considering the performance ist has.

Unfortunately I do not know this. Haven't heard or seen a Juke Nismo with this kind of sound Tuning. But I guess it should be possible, you can hear the wastegate of the Turbo very often.

I also does come as an automatic, but I would highly suggest to take the manual one. The automatic CVT transmission is rather poor for a sporty car though very comfortable. This manual version I drive was very very good, especially the transmission makes this car agile and performant.

For sure you have to drive really grandma-like to get this consumption, but at least the car is capable of doing it. Everyday driving without looking at consumption I achieved 8.5 Liters....A Golf 7 GTI consumped about the same with similar driving style (city, short trips, Autobahn, country road)....There are already two more cars in the pipeline for the next weeks, but its not the McLaren MP4-12C yet;-)

At least in Germany its 26.900 EUR list price for this particular model. Pretty attractive if you think that a Mini Countryman Cooper S (184hp) costs about 5.000 EUR more with similar options. Of course its not a MINI:-)

I just got the silver and red Juke Nismo this week and LOVE IT!!!!  I originally did not even CONSIDER the Nismo model but Jukes are very difficult to find right now so the dealer gave me the Nismo at the SL price.

You are right there are definately some cheaper materials. But what I found very astonishing was that there is no creaking of material or any suspension noise in the cab, even when crossing a bridge at 220 km/h;-)

love it!! that'll be my first car to drive in future!!
i love it because side windows looks familiar like GTR and Z,
and exhaust sound sounds pretty thick,
but when its idling I can hear some clicking sounds from the engine...

No problem, but 5.9??? I never thought It'd go that low! It's a new car. That means that with the correct mileage, it will at some point with a really careful foot go down to the 5, 5 maybe 5! And that, considering the performance, is off the chart! Terrific work by Nissan Motorsports, and what a great car indeed!
