Plans have changed and I need to as well. Here's my plan for chasing that elusive Sub 40 minute 10k.

Training for an Ironman is like fighting a gorilla. You don't fight until you're tired, you fight until the gorilla is tried. H. Keddell, 2018.

Tuesday Training Talks are my weekly recap of how my training is going.

Watching from Europe. Don’t know how I found your channel but I’m glad I did.

Always good to have a goal. 10 weeks will be a great block. Good luck with the training.

Good luck with it! I have the same target (sub 40, current PB is 41:26) and similar timeframe before the race (16th April, dead flat course). Not sure if I can do it, it's a lot of time to find, but will be interesting to compare your progress to my own!

what do i like to see? I am over planning, executing a plan, playing the number game with splits, pace, heart rate and the whole
i am into connecting to the rhythm of nature, running in changing environments, reflecting after a few runs and adjusting accordingly, running on feel, not chasing a time, but just do what you can and take what you get, keep it fun, never do anything with the word "work" or "training"in it, like a work out, strength work, cross training, interval training, and please no recovery weeks, the recovery after any run starts at the minute, when we stop running. Thinking that our body would wait for days, before he starts do do the recovery and repair is funny but still not the fact. So squeezing a run between two important obligations is worse, than not running at all at that day

Watching from Mexico! Keep the work up! I would advise you to change your scenery more, like in the start of the video, not only speaking in the car, maybe do two segments there or something. Also making the videos longer, like a full story arch, I think it would be more entertaining :)
