She talks about the challenges in addressing both issues and why unconscious bias is the more difficult concept to deal with particularly when you are dealing with more than 50,000 employees around the world. She talks about some of the global efforts that have been used to help raise the awareness of leaders as to how both stereotyping people and an unconscious bias can be detrimental to an effective working environment.
