Scientists in the UK are working on the world's first vaccine for ovarian cancer and say the jab could wipe out the disease altogether.

OvarianVax is being developed at Oxford University that teaches the immune system to recognise and attack the earliest stages of cancer cells.

Still in the lab phase, researchers are hoping that it can move on to clinical trials and then onto a widespread roll out on the NHS.

The hope is that women could receive the jab preventatively with the goal of eradicating the disease.

I'm sure it's perfectly safe and effective. 🤔

Unless it shows at least a 95% efficacy and very few and unharmful side effects, avoid like hell!

I've already heard numerous times that British scientists managed to invent something outstanding, but all this news was only news))

Now it is always a V. Next, they will develop one for climate change.😂 Nope. There are other ways.

Good. It'll put a lot of gynaecology surgeons out of business
