Yeah, watching this before breakfast probably wasn't a good idea - my stomach is rumbling and my mouth is watering.

I do love these shows. I think this one is many years old and cut down time wise from the original video. The narrator was perfect for these shows. One thing I have noticed about watching these videos on this channel, Discovery UK & others if you go to a video that has been out for 3+ years it is full of - obnoxious people making really silly comments. Hating this or that about the video. Thank you for these shows. PJ

I AM DEEPLY OFFENDED BY PEOPLE SAYING BAKLAVA IS FROM GREECE AS A TURKISH PERSON

Am I the only one wondering about them placing the chopsticks up like that? Isn't that a huge cultural no-no? I've heard it repeatedly that chopsticks should never be stood up that way since it's reminiscent of incense sticks.

Uncle Roger: Who the hell cooks fried rice like that? Get an Asian uncle and let him cook. You don't need a thermometer for that. That fried rice is so sad. Where's the MSG? Where's the MSG? Haiyah!

How can a dessert that even has a Turkish name belong to the Greeks? These are Turkish desserts.

Who wrote the script? I paused the video after hearing "Baklava is a desert from Greece" and also Galata Boregi is obviously a pastry originated in Istanbul, Galata. How does this channel expect its viewers to continue watching a content that is not true? Very disappointing.

That kimchi is so sad. Too little chili flakes, no shrimp paste, gochujang, radish, pear juice, glutenous rice paste.

that's the saddest kimchi I've seen
