i upgraded to this case last week and Im loving it. I hadnt upgraded in 6 years.. and boy so much has changed this case has so many features at 70$ . im impressed especailly with dustfilters on every intake opening.. For those who are building on this case make sure to remove the dustfilter for top exhaust as it will increase temp if not removed and you dont need a filter if its configured for exhaust NZXT gave us that incase if that was configured as intake.
I duct taped the dustfilter for top exhaust fan under the HDD drive bay at the bottom of case covering the only opening(very small slits) without a filter.

Just got this case today to transfer my PC over from a crap $20 case. The difference is night and day. I used to think I was hopeless at cable management, with a bunch of cables hanging around in the main compartment of my old case, and with the cables bulging so much on the other side I had to push the side panel against the wall with my feet to close it, but the H500 made me look like a pro. There’s always a cutout right where it’s needed and despite the side panel being so close to the cable management compartment I had no issues closing it very comfortably, with no pressure at all, on my first try. That swing-out front panel tray is very convenient and allowed me to mount my radiator in the front panel with the fan in the main compartment. The only issue I had was with providing SATA power to my drives. I originally wanted to mount my SSD in the cable management compartment, but my PSU’s SATA power cable did not have enough space between connectors to mount the SSD there and the HDD in the drive cage. I had let the SSD hang loose in the drive cage. Not a big deal as it’s not visible, but still not as streamlined as the rest of the process. The front panel connector was the best part, it took the hardest part of a PC build and made it the easiest.

Other than ease of building, there were other benefits. My CPU temps dropped by 10 degrees, finishing a cinebench r20 run at just 51c, and my GPU heats up a lot slower too. The case seems to keep out a lot more noise than my old one, reducing noise levels by so much that I can’t believe the GPU fans are spinning. The case looks really neat and modern, a look that I really prefer to the garish, gamery looks of cheaper cases. That tempered glass panel is so clear I actually had to touch it at one point to be sure I had put it on.

Overall, I am Super impressed by this case, and will never skimp on a case again.

you can change the Geforce color, downside is once you do it you can't reverse it. Remove the shroud of the graphics card and unplug and remove the LED strip. get yourself some fine grit sanding paper from a hardware store and sand the green away. Its clear under the green paint. I did this to my Founders Edition GTX 1060 and man am i so happy i found that out. The green was killing me. Now it just stays white and looks so much better (considering a white can go with literally any color scheme you do)

NZXT cases are my favorite. The best looks, the best cable management. Their AER RGB fans are also the best looking and surprisingly quiet. I would do an all NZXT build if not for CAM software. I've returned every NZXT product I've ever bought simply because there has never been a 100% stable working version of CAM. If only they would make their products AURA sync compatible.

When I had an Asus P5Q E-Deluxe motherboard about 10 years ago, and it came with a small strip where you could pin all your front panel connectors to, and then connect that to the motherboard. it was super convenient. It was my first ever PC build too, for my personal use.
