Seat CHANGE LEVER BALL 54110-SF1-003 1 pc.

Holder CHANGE BALL 54111-SM4-000 2 pcs

Ball CUSHION 54211-SD9-010 1 pcs

Bush Change Pivot 54413-SM4-000 2 pcs.

54112-SV4-000 Pivot CHANGE LEVER 1 pc (this is the plastic ball vs the metal one, if you metal one still looks good, you can re-use that.) Please see video again to see what I mean.

If you plan to replace the Linkage like I did, you will just need the following part:
54115-SL0-000 Linkage CHANGE LEVER

otherwise, you will need to get the individual parts.

You can get new bolts and nuts if you want to:
95801-060-750-8 Bolt FLANGE, 6X75 2pcs.
95801-060-400-8 Bolt FLANGE, 6X40
90114-SA0-000 Nut SELF-LOCK, 6MM (X3)

Double check you have everything you need.
