[Willow's Shiny] What a perfect way to continue this Badge Quest! After finding my Fennekin I was left with the difficult decision of what to hunt next. I had a few targets in mind, but as soon as I arrived in Lumiose and found out you didn't have to go through the battle with Sycamore every time in order to receive your Kanto Starter, I knew I had to give this a shot. After a little over 7500 SRs this shiny Bulbasaur appeared!

For anybody wondering how I shortened the soft-resets, all you have to do is battle Professor Sycamore with a full team. Then when he asks you to pick a starter, do so. He'll then ask you if you want the starter switched with something in your team. Decline his offer and he'll let you leave and come back to save and accept the starter. Roughly 28 second resets vs. over 2 minute resets :)
